2 bedrooms in 4 bed student house share Liverpool

Two female students looking for two student housemates, male or female. Preferably aged 21-30.

We're both going into our second year studying Design at Liverpool Hope University - one specialising in textiles, the other ceramics. However the house is a 10-15 minute walk from Lime Street so it's also practical for students at other universities.

Fully furnished, tidy and quiet. It's no smoking inside but there is a small patio area outside ideal for smokers. Parking spaces available on the street in front of the house. One bedroom is a double and the other a 3/4 bed. Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and a desk.

All bills included, including internet. As we've been living here since August we've already bought the little things like a draining board, cutlery drawer, toaster, kettle etc, so you'd save money on the little added expenses!

Tenancy agreement runs from August 2014 until the end of June 2015. Short term lets will NOT be considered.

*If we only find a third housemate, rent will increase to £85 per week. Deposit: £200. All tenants must be students.
