We have two single rooms available in a student flat! Perfect for a couple or for a group of two friends!
£115 per week for one room until July 5th 2015 - inclusive of water, internet and electricity bills, personal contents insurance, no extra charges. At the end of the year the accommodation may have a promotion where if you surrender your flat a few months before your lease is up, they will refund your deposit and leftover rent money,

Me and my girlfriend have not moved into the property at all as we have found another place to stay in this year as we want our privacy. This means the rooms have been cleaned up and are clean as a whistle. The rooms are located on the top floor but however, this makes the flat one of the most quiet places - away from all the noise and disturbance. From experience, this has been detrimental to a good night's revision and sleep.

Each room comes with a double sized bed, a bed table, a rather large desk, an overhead shelf above that, a spacious en-suite bathroom (this means that each room has its own bathroom). The shared kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a cooking hob, a sink, and plenty of cabinets to go around for storage. There is also a TV in the living room and two sofas.

There's on-site laundry, parking and bicycle spaces available, and a rather friendly reception that will handle most of your affairs and your parcels.
The flat is just a minute walk away from LJMU's James Parson's building and about a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Taxis are always keen on taking people from Atlantic Point because so many students have called them.

The 24/7 security team is helpful and they'll be around if people start getting rowdy from a night out and will be glad to assist you if you have any problems.
