Hi.. I have a room available to let. Room is big with a double bed and all bedroom furniture in it. I am looking for a working professional (Male or Female) that can pull their own weight.
The House is close to local amenities such as Tesco & Bus stops. It is a 15 min bus ride to the city Centre. The house has Gas Heating & a nice Kitchen and Dining room. Super-fast Fiber Optic broadband is also available.
No Deposit is required.
About Me: My name is Nick, I am a friendly 25 year old professional. I work office hours Monday-Friday 9-5, and would prefer someone with the same schedule but not really bothered. When I don't work I usually am a stay at home kitten.. good Book or a good Movie, I love Music and just relaxing over some nice tunes :)
About You: You should be fun & friendly but also mature and respectful. I would prefer non-smokers but I am not overly fuzzed. I would like someone that we can have a chat and generally have a good time being in the same house together, rather than just someone to share bills with :) Anything else you wanna find out just give me a call.
