£115 per week for one room until July 5th 2015 - inclusive of water, internet and electricity bills, personal contents insurance, no extra charges. At the end of the year the accommodation may have a promotion where if you surrender your flat a few months before your lease is up, they will refund your deposit and leftover rent money

Each room comes with a double sized bed, a bed table, a rather large desk, an overhead shelf above that, a spacious en-suite bathroom (this means that each room has its own bathroom). The shared kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a cooking hob, a sink, and plenty of cabinets to go around for storage. There is also a TV in the living room and two sofas.

The flat is just a minute walk away from LJMU's James Parson's building and about a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Taxis are always keen on taking people from Atlantic Point because so many students have called them.
