We have a double bedroom available in a lovely four bedroom house on Thornes Road to rent out. It is suitable for students or working professionals who need a temporary place. The current tenant has moved out due to unexpected circumstances. The room is therefore available now until 31st of August only (4 months). New tenants will move in from 1st of September.

It is at an excellent location, within walking distance to the majority of faculties in the University of Liverpool, LJMU and the Royal Liverpool Hospital and city centre. It is surrounded by local amenities, including convenience shops, TESCO, Subway, Domino's etc (please google the location, it's great!).

The house benefited from a private hallway, living/kitchen area, with fitted furniture and shower room. The house is recently renovated with new carpet fitted in and we aim to provide you with as much convenience as we can.

The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and tumble dryer.

You'll have a large bedroom where wardrobe is fitted and one brand new double bed is provided with electric radiator and double glazing window.

There are three double bedroom and one single bedroom in the house.

The bedrooms come at £85/week. Please note rent is all bills inclusive (electricity, water and broadband).

We are looking for non-smokers, pet-free people who will help us to look after our house. In return, we promise you approachable, easy-going landlord who will try to look after your needs and respond to your call as best as we can.
