Room to rent from May '15 onwards Smithdown area

I am gradutating in April and need to move out of my house because of work commitments so I am advertising my room in a spacious house available to rent from 1st May 2015. The dates are flexible though.

The house is off the popular student area of Smithdown Road in Wavertree and is within 2 minutes walking distance from loads of shops, the main bus route into town, a huge gym, a big public park, and many pubs/bars/restaurants. It's a nice quiet road off Smithdown but near enough to everything you'd need.

The bedroom itself is a large, fully furnished, double room in a house with 4 other bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with more than enough facilities, like new oven/hob, dishwasher, two fridges, plenty of cutlery/crockery and everything else. There is a huge livingroom/communal area with TV (loads of channels), and a nice big hall with original parquet flooring. There is a cloakroom for extra storage and through to the back of the house a large utility room complete with washing machine and storage room for bikes/washing/boxes. Additionally there is a yard area where you can hang your washing and sit out (it's a nice suntrap).
Bathroom is recently refurbished so nice and modern.

Housemates are all lovely people, all students, really easy to get along with and would do anything for you.
