We have an large ensuite double room in a 4 bed share in South Liverpool (By Lark lane, 15 mins from town, 5 mins from St Michaels train station) - £260 a month excluding bills/council tax. (Usually around £60 for bills - I can figure it out exactly for you.)
We're a pretty chilled out, creative house, usually spend the evenings cooking and watching TV and films when we're together. Looking for someone who want's a social house, though we do know when to give each other space!
My name's Holly, I work in Manchester as a Graphic Designer and spend a lot of my weekends playing Roller Derby, the other girl is Isobel who I've lived with her for a few years, she does a mixture of bar/freelance graphic design work. We also have a guy called Rob who's a nurse at the Royal.
The room's available at the beginning of January, as one of the girls is moving to London. Pictures are coming soon but please let me know if you want me to send some quick ones. It's a nice terrace house with original features.
