Our lovely house, in a great area of South Liverpool has just 1 single room available, it is inclusive of Council tax. Other bills are shared between the 4 tenants.
Room is fully furnished with wardrobe, double bed, new carpets and chest drawers. We have Broadband and the house is very comfortable, and well furnished throughout. A shared lounge, large kitchen/diner and lovely new bathroom. We have a cleaner every fortnight.
The house is in the best area! close to Allerton Road, with its 'cafes' bars and restaurants, just 20 mins by bus to town and in a great area of South Liverpool,
