i have a dbl room available in my house to rent. the house is situated about a mile from the city centre with closely located transport links. the nearest bus stop is 3 mins walk away and the train station around 5mins. there is a big supermarket at the end of the road and smaller local shops. there is on street parking available.
the room is available on a short or long term basis from 1 week and longer.
rent is £80pw or if you would like to pay monthly it would be £300pcm. all bills are inclusive.
i work in conference and events and can sometimes work late and long hours. i go to the gym regularly so can be out of the house long periods of the day. i like to keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the same of any housemate. im pretty easy going and like a laugh and a drink as much as anyone.
