Hi! I am looking for someone (or a couple) to share a 4 bedroom house with one other person. You would have two double bedrooms to use and the current tenant uses the other two bedrooms (one is a single bedroom which he uses for storage).
There is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The other tenant has an en suite so you would have the bathroom pretty much to yourself.
The house is just round the corner from Merseyrail station and it takes 11 minutes into town and trains are every 10 minutes.
The house was recently refurbished and is nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are both brand new, as are all the carpets and flooring.
