Double room in a house with huskies

My current lodger is moving out, so I have a double room available from May.
Currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, lights, desk and chair. Carpetted room with lilac and magnolia walls (I'm not adverse to redecoration). There is a large window with blinds and neutral curtains overlooking the yard. You can see the railway at the back, but there is tree coverage and it also means no one overlooks you or can see in.

The house is a 3 bedroom terrace but the 3rd room is used for storage and the dogs. I have two beautiful and very friendly huskies. They like to sing to you and are very affectionate, but hairy! I also have a cat, who is mostly antisocial however she can be a sweetheart when the mood strikes her.

The house in in walking distance of Wavertree Tech Park Train Station and several bus stops so easy to get into town and further afield. Walking distance from Wavertree aquatics centre and not far from some of the best parks in Liverpool. There's a big Tesco and a big Asda close by too and a cineworld.

Downstairs in the house is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has two sofas and an armchair plus a coffee table, wall mounted TV with blu ray player, xbox and internet access for netflix and the like. I have fast virgin media broadband which is available wirelessly throughout the house.

The dining room has a dining table and four chairs, my study area and a piano which you are welcome to use.

The kitchen is relatively new, has fridge freezer of which you'll have half, two large cupboards for you to use, washing machine and tumble dryer. You are free to use the appliances (oven/microwave/toaster/kettle ) and also my crockery/cutlery/various gadgets like the george foreman and slow cooker.

The bathroom is also relatively new, there's just one in the house so it's shared. There's a toilet, sink with mirror, and a bath with overhead shower and storage space available.

Any potential lodger must have a love of animals, preferably experience of living with dogs. The huskies are very noticeable and will want to follow you about, help you with what you're doing. However they are not allowed beyond the initial landing so they would not have access to the your bedroom at all.

Also if you're eligible to pay council tax it's £25 extra a month to cover the fact I'd lose my single persons discount.

About me, I'm a staff nurse working in one of the local hospitals. I work Monday - Friday varying shifts from 8 in the morning to 8 at night though sometimes later. I don't work nights or weekends. I walk to work. I walk the dogs everyday (you are more than welcome to join). I do have car (big volvo estate) so if you need a lift give me a shout. I visit the gym and go swimming 3 times a week. On saturdays I train for roller derby. I occassionally go out into town on nights out, but I'm always quiet on return. I'm an easy going person so my house is not show home standard, its full of books and general stuff. Providing you clean up after yourself I'm happy.
