There are two rooms to let in a 6 bedroom house on Stalbridge Avenue, a quiet road near to the Smithdown Road. Both rooms are large double rooms that will be furnished/decorated to your preference before you move in in July. Large shared living room and kitchen with a small paved garden. Two bathrooms which will also be fully refurbished just before you move in. Close to all the local, useful amentities Smithdown Rd has to offer including bus routes to all universities and the city centre as well as a short distance to the Brookhouse pub.
Both rooms are£80 per week each and all bills are included.
Other housemates are 4 education students at Liverpool Hope University.
