There is one double room available in an 8 bed Arundel avenue amazing house! Unfortunately one tenant has dropped out thus a space needs filling. All other 7 tenants are 2nd year female students of Uni of Liverpool. Two kitchens/Three bathrooms/8 Double bedrooms. All three bathrooms are due to be refurbished before move in date. Ideal tenant would be female outgoing sociable student. Would be a missed oppertunity as the house is amazing!
