7 bedroom, 3 floor house that has just been refurbished this year with 4 other girls currently living here. All of which are students but 2 will also be moving out in the next few weeks as university is finished.

Kitchen has a 42" TV with free view, 2 leather sofas, a bench and stools, double sink, 2 fridge freezers and a washing machine. There is also a toilet downstairs, a shower in middle floor and a bath with shower and toilet on top floor.

Room is on the top floor, facing the back yard and not the main road. It has double ward rode, 3 drawers attached to the work bench, 2 drawers under the bed and a sink and mirror :) everything else in the picture is mine and will be coming with me.

House is great, with everything in perfect working order. And is ALWAYS hot which is a plus in a student house.

Perfectly situated as only 10 minute walk from City centre. Also there is a Tesco at the top of the hill, and a taskers, Iceland, home bargains, pound stretcher and a few local pubs.

Close proximity to John Moores Universirty and the University of Liverpool and would be perfect for a student who may be doing a masters over the summer.
