Friendly flatmate needed for city centre apartment

Hii!!

I'm Jayne, a 24year old dental student, and my flatmate Adele is also student studying dentistry. Our previous housemate had to move for work, so we are left with a spare room.

We live in an apartment block in the middle of the business district, it's very central, a 5 minute walk to town and about 10 to lime street station. The building is very secure, a fob is needed to get into the building, and visitors need to use the intercom to enter. Its a lovely, modern flat with a kitchen/living area and a dining room. The room is on the bottom floor, it's fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, and chest of drawers. As I have an ensuite, the bathroom would only be shared between two. Facilities include, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, tv and house phone.

We are hoping to find a nice, friendly girl to move in with us. We're both very relaxed, enjoy meeting new people and generally would get on with anyone. We enjoy both nights out and nights sitting in chilling. Our course is pretty demanding, so we are usually in 9-5 everyday, and generally leave nights out until the weekend. We keep the flat nice and tidy, but aren't complete clean freaks, along as you tidy up after yourself, we're happy.

We don't mind who we live with, along as you're friendly, sociable and willing to gain two new friends. Ideally we'd like to live with a young professional, as we would both do similar hours, but we're open to anyone.
