With a careful eye for detail and a full modern refurbishment The Lodge has been transformed into stunning luxury student accommodation with huge bright rooms and high spec facilities. The Lodge is fully furnished throughout and all utility bills including TV licence, internet and a professional cleaning service are included. All bedrooms come furnished to a high standard and have their own wash basin. The rooms are central heated, with brand new window blinds and carpet or laminate flooring, and each has a hard wired internet connection. Each floor has it’s own large communal living and dining space with flat screen television and free high-speed wi-fi, as well as an open-plan fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher. To ensure that all tenants have ample access to facilities there are also 2 smaller kitchens within the building, a large number of clean, modern bath and shower rooms, and a laundry room with affordable coin operated washing and drying machines. The Lodge also features a media room with free use of computer workstations and printing / copying facilities, so no more emergency trips to the Uni library for last minute print-offs.
