PhD student looking for a flatmate
I am Sophia, PhD student in the university of Liverpool.
I live in a 2 bedroom flat on leafy Falkner square, right next to campus. My flatmate just move out so I am looking for someone to take the other room.
It is a double bedroom with a huge closet. The bathroom is shared between us. It is big with bathtub and shower and constantly hot water.
The flat also has a huge dining/living room fitte with new carpet less than a year ago, when I moved in.
I am looking ideally for an easy going person, who is clean and tidy but also social an friendly. I am generally looking for a person not only to share the bills and the house chores, but also someone who I can have fun with and generally have a friendly atmosphere at home.
I am looking for another PhD stuent, but I can consider other postgrads and professionals if they are willng to pay all the council tax, as I am exempted as a student.
If interested, I can arrange a viewing asap!
