Double room (bills inc) in bright city centre flat

Hello there!

If you're looking for a big, bright place in the city centre with bills and 350mbps fibre included, you've come to the right place.

The apartment has a large living/dining room, lots of kitchen space, it's literally two minutes from James Street / Moorfields stations, and five minutes from Lime Street.

It's a beautiful, unique space, with the original girders and beams arching out across 17ft ceilings - so certainly not your average ugly box of an apartment, and definitely worth taking a look at in the flesh, rather than relying on photos to relay how pretty it is...

I run a film/photography studio and production company, and in 'normal' times work a lot, sometimes going on the road for shoots that last days or weeks at a time - so once we're out the other side of the virus you'll oft have the place to yourself. Even when I am around, I'm usually in bed by 10/11pm and out by 6...
So you might barely see me, only knowing I've been awake by the vague sound of dawn yoga, or the cakes I've baked just for the hell of it - feel free to have a slice of breakfast cake in my absence.

Very pet friendly - zero tolerance for nazis, terfs, misogynists, homo/xeno/islamophobes and antisemites. This house has intersectional love for everyone, and no patience for hate.

Also got not time for conspiracy theories, or people who don't mask up when they leave the house - I cannot risk COVID infection, so if you don't take the virus seriously, there's no point getting in touch.
