Flatmate wanted in spacious city centre apartment

Having separated from my girlfriend I am looking for a flatmate to occupy the spare room in my spacious 5th floor apartment in sought after Pall Mall, L3. This is a very central location, in the heart of the business district and 2 minutes' walk from Moorfields Station.

The apartment is contemporary and in very good condition, having only been built 3 years ago. I have furnished it myself to a good standard. The flat comprises:
- entrance hall with hat/coat stand and shoe cupboard
- living area with floor-to-ceiling window, large leather 3 seater couch and armchair, 42-inch TV, DVD player, Xbox, quality sound system
- balcony, decent size with table and chairs, views over John Moores University campus, and glimpse of River Mersey on a good day!
- Open plan kitchen with wide breakfast bar and stools, electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
- Large master bedroom with kingsize bed
- Spare bedroom with single bed, dressing table and floor-to-ceiling window. Note the room is currently being used primarily for storage. This room would be fully converted into a liveable bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table etc. and all clutter removed!
- Bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin

The apartment is very warm and benefits from electric heaters throughout, and air conditioning for use in the Summer. I have BT Broadband. There is ample on street parking – a parking permit is available from the council free of charge.

My main interests are music, films/TV/video games, food, and drinking. While I am very easy going, I do value cleanliness and would be looking for a like-minded individual to share my apartment.

Rent is £325 pcm not including bills. Bills are roughly £140 pcm.
