Single room to rent on London Road, Liverpool City Centre. Sharing with 5 students 2nd year or above; although most likely to be empty during summer as they will be going home. Room has single bed, desk with chair and 3 large drawers, sink, wardrobe and TV, spacious size. £80 a week including all bills, Sky TV in the front room and wireless internet. Flat has two shower rooms, two toilets, front room with coffee table and two sofas, large kitchen with washer/dryer and large dining table. Available from now until the end of July 2014. I am the current occupier advertising the room then anyone interested will be transferred to the manager of the flat for viewings and payments.
