Looking for a new Roomie!!

Hello,

I am looking for a new roomie as my current room mate is moving to London.

The flat is owned by my dad, it's a lovely fully furnished apartment with two double bedrooms, two bath rooms and an open plan shared kitchen/lounge. It is well maintained and will be fully cleaned between moves. There is a garage with a carpark spot however this would be an addtional cost as we are currently letting it to someone.

Location: The apartment is in a great location within the business district, which makes it nice and quite area at night and on weekends. But only a short 5min walk into the main shopping/bar area of town. Moorfields train station is just round the corner and Lime Street station is 10min walk away.

Me: I am a fairly laid back person, friendly and chatty. I like a clean flat but not a freak about it! I enjoy most things i. e. catching up with friends & family, going to gigs and festivals, eating out, nights in, nights out, cooking, travelling, films etc. I am a postgraduate student at LJMU. I am going into my 3rd and final year of my PhD researching physical activity and kids with intellectual disabilities. This means I work hard during the week (9-6/7ish) with ocational meals/drinks out or trips to the cinema, I make the most of my weekends here in Liverpool and around the country!!

As a student I do not need to pay council tax, if you are a student then it will be the same for you. If not I beleive you can get a 25% discount if you live with a sudent, so you would have to cover 75%.
