Young professional looking for new housemate

Hi, my name is Sujit and I'm a 25 year old young professional. I'm looking for someone to replace my current housemate by the 14th December 2014.

About the flat- its £450 all bills (electricity, water, internet) and council tax included. room available is a double bed. FYI the contract will be for 5 months (more of this explained below)

Just a bit about me, I graduated 2 year ago from liverpool uni and am now a fully qualified doctor. I am amidst applying for jobs in Australia- I'd like to work there for a year come 2015 purely for an adventure :) I'm a fairly clean person and very easy to live with. Interest's include having nights out, music (all) and cinema... The flat is in fact opposite a cinema (which is called FACT cinema), its also above a mexican restarant, a tapas restaurant and 2 clubs/bars. It is a 3 minute walk from liverpool central station and 7 minute walk from liverpool lime street station (this I know only because I take the train to work everyday :) ).

Because my life plans are in the air a bit, I'm looking for someone to sign a 5 month contract (ending 14 May 2015). Closer to the end of the contract I should know whether I'll be leaving at the end or staying longer. If I do leave I shall help you find another house mate to replace me, if I stay we sign another contract end the end of the five months... bottom line is that it shouldn't affect you :).

Oh and the flat comes with a dish washer...BOOM!
