Hi everyone!
I'm Eileen, a 24 y-o language teacher looking for a new flatmate to move in between the 21/07 and 15/08 for at least 6 months in a modern and furnished 2 bedroom =/1 bathroom flat in Liverpool city centre as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. I'm chilled and friendly, love my nights out at the weekend and the occasional drink during the week. I'm looking for someone similar (male or female), with a good sense of humour and who's 'reasonably' clean (I'm not a freak about cleaning but well...you see what I mean!. The flat is on the second floor (there's a lift) and really quiet, all furnished with washing machine, bathroom (with bath) separating the 2 bedrooms, TV, 2 sofas...
The rent is 325£/month + bills 100-150£/month(water/electric ity/council tax/TV licence/internet), 325£ deposit and 125£ for admin fees/reference checks.
