Double Room, good City Centre location w/ parking

Hi I'm Darren, there is a double bedroom available in the two bedroom first floor apartment I am renting in the city centre. The location is excellent, in the Baltic Triangle area, close to Liverpool One shopping and bars.

The flat and bedroom is fully furnished. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. You will also get the bathroom (including bath/shower and toilet) to yourself. The flat comes with secure underground parking which is available for you to use since I do not have a car.

The apartment block was only built around 5-6 years ago so everything is still relatively new in the building, and in the flat we have a relatively new kitchen with all the amenities (oven, fridge freezer, washing machine) and ample space for two people.

There is a large living room, TV, dining table, and balcony which is shared.

I'm easy going, sociable, considerate of others and a clean person. It would be good to live with someone who is similar to me.

The rent costs £350 per month (not including bills). Bills on top makes it £460 per month (broadband, council tax, electricity, and water) - all bills are in my name so you don't have to worry about sorting that!

My current flat mate will be moving out by the 21st May, so ideally I am looking for someone who can move in around then (my current flatmate is able to move out beforehand if needed).
