I have a lovely double bedroom going in a 2 bed flatshare in Mann Island, right in the heart of the city. Its over the road from James Street Station, 2 minutes walk to Liverpool One and 4 minutes walk into the heart of the city centre.

The tenancy I took out was for 6 month, so it ends on the 28/02/15. But if you want to continue living here you can sign up for another 6 or 24 month contract and just keep on going.

The reason I'm moving out, is a room has come available in a friends house thats almost rent free - which I simply can't ignore as I'd like to save up and go travelling.

The flat has a good sized lounge/kitchen area, with everything you need - all mod cons. Plenty of fridge/cupboard space. Also, large bathroom with a damn good shower! There is underground secure parking for an extra fee (£125PM). The room has a decent size, 2 wardrobes, beside cabinet, I'm also leaving the desk here.

The other tenant is Phil, working professional - really decent sociable guy.

COSTS:

RENT: £475 each
(If you were to move in, you would pay that remaining months rent till the next full rent is due - if that makes sense?)

DEPOSIT: £712. 50 each

BILLS: (Water/Electrics/Internet) - £50avg each.

AGENCY FEES: £200

COUNCIL TAX LEFT TO PAY TIL 28/02/15 - £185each (4x£46. 5 instalments each)

You can move in any time from the 3rd of November onwards. Contact me to arrange a viewing, it will be best for weekday evenings, or at the weekends.
