I have a double room available, city centre. Although very close to Matthew Street the flat itself is very quite and there is minimum noise, close to all amenities. Ideally would like a professional but not opposed to a student. I like to chill during the weekdays and leave the weekends for nights out. The room is available immediately, the bills included are council tax and internet. Electric and gas are on prepaid meters, and cost very little.
