Both rooms are in a 6-bedroom house on Albert-Edward Road in Kensigton and about 20 mins walk to the city center and 10 minutes to mt. pleasant campus. Rooms are available from December 1st!
All bills included! Including high speed internet and 24 hour maintenance!
The house also includes a washing machine/dryer, massive Tv, gas cooker, 2 freezers, fridge, backyard, fully furnished living room, kitchen and bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and fitted with a burglar alarm.
