The room is pretty big, the bathroom is modern, got internet and a landline, if you fancy being retro. Pop round to view it.

I'm a journalist but don't hold that against me - I'm a (semi) decent human being! Current flatmate moving out due to relocation and I really don't want to leave this flat as it's a bargain for the area.

Allocated the cost to include utility bills, TV, internet etc etc so that's all you'd need to pay each month. (Unless you need parking - you can get a permit from the council to park outside but there is parking available at a cost. I've never enquired as i can't drive)
