Flatmate wanted for gorgeous dockside apartment! The flat is on Waterloo Quay, situated near to Liverpool City Centre. It's about a 15 minute walk to Moorfields train station and about a 25 minute walk into the city centre (ideal for shopping etc). The flat is completely furnished to a really high standard and has a balcony with a view of the River Mersey. There is on site parking and 24 hour security.
The room you will be renting is completely furnished. It has a double bed, wardrobes, two and a chest of drawers. You will also have your own bathroom with shower. It is 575pcm and that covers your rent (obviously) electricity, water, council tax, telephone line, internet, contents insurance a cleaner every two weeks and broadband.
I am looking for a laid back Flatmate who is clean, outgoing and open minded! If you're interested or have and questions, drop me a message and we can sort out a viewing sometime. Would ideally like someone who is familiar to the area or has friends and family near by. I'm occasionally busy through the week and most weekends so you won't really see that much of me! The flat will be available from the start of May. Short term letting may also be an option.
