Room in quiet street in city centre short term

Large furnished room in modern house close to Sefton Park, with adjoining toilet, use of modern kitchen bathroom and garden. Broadband provided, and all bills paid. We are happy to consider reducing the rent if someone wants to use it just a few days a week, but cannot guarantee room beyond June/July time. Looking for a quiet person, posssibly a student. I am a charity researcher and my son assists students with disablities. My daughter is at university but returns home sometimes. We have a big friendly cat, but if you keep your door closed he won't bother you.
