We are two young professionals looking to fill the room of our current flatmate, who is moving abroad.
The flat is a duplex penthouse apartment in the business district, 5 minutes walk from Liverpool One. The flat is very spacious with 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms on the lower floor, as well as a spacious, open living room, kitchen and balcony on the top floor. Secure parking is included in the price and we have a 24/7 concierge. Bills are included and covers Water, Electricity, Broadband and Council Tax.
Rent (£340pcm) and Bills (council tax, water, electricity, underground parking space & BT broadband & TV, ) comes to £537pcm and deposit is £400. We would require 1 months rent and deposit up front. The new tenant will need to provide references and the estate agent will carry out financial checks roughly costing approx. £200.
We are ideally looking for someone who is sociable and up for a laugh but not a party animal mon-fri!
