Room available in dockside flat, The Anchorage
Bartender and professional musician seek graduate/young professional to sign a 12-month contract at £850 between the three of us.
Property is a 1st floor 3bed apartment on The Anchorage, L3, close to the Leo Casino at the bottom of Upper Parliament St.
Musician is often out of the country on tour and the bartender works odd hours, so any new flatmate will have the place to themselves often! We've a 57" TV, perfect for films, gaming etc and the bathroom has recently been refurbished. There's a balcony, great during summer months.
The room itself could be optimistically described as 'cosy', as the double bed takes up a lot of the space, but there is also a wardrobe and some storage space. For us living here so far, we don't mind the small rooms so much in light of the large open living room/kitchen.
Feel free to drop me an email with any queries or to arrange a viewing. It's currently a bit up in the air here thanks to an existing flatmate's imminent departure, but this place is worth a look!
