We have 4 double for available for £180 per person per week longer contractor bookers will get a discount Gloucester Road is situated off West Derby Road with on street parking and a regular bus service in and out of the city center is only 2 minutes walk away, Buses run about every 5-10 minutes (12. 13. 15. 18a) and it takes about 5 minutes to get into town. The house is also very convenient for Royal Liverpool University Hospital and the university and 5 minutes from Alder Hey and 2 minutes from M62 and the East lancs road.
The house has 4 bedrooms (1 Twin and 3 Triple ). There is a shared lounge, kitchen and 2 shower room, all the rooms including the bedrooms are well furnished. The house also benefits from gas central heating and an alarm system and Internet connection .
