Large back bedroom overlooking garden. Partly furnished which can be changed or added to, can also be redecorated if desired.
First time I'm looking to house share, easy going and tidy male. I do have a cat but he spends a lot of time outside.
When I'm home of an evening I usually just like watching TV or movies and have two downstairs rooms so privacy wouldn't be a problem.
I have a small drive and in street parking is easy enough. Also very close access to train stations, bus routes and shops.
The bedroom has a single bed and some furniture already in place, this can also be altered if you choose to do so.
