THE HOUSEMATES
3 nice, friendly and welcoming professionals aged 39 to 32 (1 female, 2 male) who will help you settle in, with the tradition, at the house of sharing a couple of bottles of wine, beer or whatever the new housemate likes.

SITUATION
A good area in Liverpool known as Mossley Hill.
Buses running about every 10 minutes to the city centre.
On street parking.
Although on a quiet road with plenty of on-street parking it is only about 5 minutes walk to Allerton Road with good shops (including household names) in abundance and from where buses run to the city centre around every 10 minutes.

THE HOUSE
Full Gas Central Heating (a new gas boiler fitted less than 12 months ago).
Double Glazing.
Large bright lounge with sofa and arm chairs, TV, gas fire, mains carbon monoxide detector.
Dining room with new table and chairs.
Kitchen overlooking rear yard where there are a few plants.
There is a cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridge freezers plus the usual small kitchen electrical items.
The bath has taken out and replaced by a shower as most people prefer a shower nowadays.

RENT
INCLUDES BOTH COUNCIL TAX AND WATER RATES.
A good point to bear in mind is that unlike at some shared properties each housemate has their own lease and when a housemate leaves the others aren't left having to meet that housemates rent or having to move out.
