We are 2 young professionals looking for a third house mate. We both work Monday to Friday (9-5), enjoy watching telly after work and just generally having a laugh usually with a glass of wine. Looking for someone who is happy to chill out during the week but up for a few drinks at the weekend.
The room is a large double which is fully furnished.
Council tax, broadband and TV License are included in the rent paid by the landlord. The gas, electric and water usually come to around £50 each per month.
