Professional Flatshare Penny Lane, Mossley Hill. We have a double room available in our quirky flat on Penny Lane, available from 1st June 2014.
The rent is £300 and this includes all bills (Council tax, internet, water, etc). We got the flat through an agent so the new tenant would have to go through a credit check before moving in and pay a agent fee of £130. However you would not need to pay a deposit as we have already paid this. There is no bed in the room so you would need to get your own.
You would be sharing with two professionals (females) and a mature student (male), however one of the girls works in London but uses the flat as a base when she is home for weekends.
The flat is above a shop which is vacant and has been for some time. It's in the perfect location for Penny Lane Wine Bar, The Dovey and Lark Lane. Sefton Park, Greenbank Park and Allerton Road are a within 10-15 minutes walk, there is also really good transport links to the city centre.
The flat is very sociable and we have meals together when we are all in and have friends over regularly, we have the odd party, mainly for birthdays.
