I have a furnished double room rental with a pleasant view, that is available, in a clean and tidy modern semi detached property, within a quiet courtyard development.

Situated in the heart of Willaston Village and very convenient to local amenities: Spar, pharmacy, news agent, cafe/tea room, hairdressers, great local pubs and restaurants. With more amenities such as supermarkets very close by in Neston, Heswall and Little Sutton. Neston and Hooton railway stations are not far, as is M53 link.

Has GCH, 2 bathrooms/2 WCs, walk-in electric shower, courtyard garden, SKY, broadband/Wifi, off road parking/your own designated parking space, storage space (stuff/bicycle), use of kitchen and utilities/washing machine etc.

Ideally situated for Leahurst University (2 minutes by car/less than 10 minute walk/cycle). It's within easy distance of Chester, Liverpool, North Wales, Warrington, Runcorn and Manchester.

Great location if you enjoy the countryside and if you like walking/running/cycling there are plenty of routes nearby.

I'm looking to share with a female, non-smoking, 9-5 professional/student who is fun, sociable, friendly, easy going/laid back and has a GSOH. Pref vegetarian. Will suit someone clean and tidy. Single occupancy (no couples) and room only rental (not house share), no pets, no short term lets (three months plus).

Rent is £100 per week. Returnable deposit of £400 and refs are required. Bills inc in rent: utilities (gas, electricity and water) wifi and SKY. Council tax is not inc in the rent (students / Leahurst international visitors exempt).
