We have 4 bedrooms available to let.

Our house is a three floored detached property set in its own grounds. The middle floor will be used primarily for our tenants, as we reside on the bottom floor. As tenants you will have communal use of the living room, kitchen and shower which as you can see from the pictures are furnished to a high standard.

All rooms are fitted with appropriate fire safety doors with emergency lighting, fire and smoke alarms and are compliant with HMO standards. All bedrooms are fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and have laminate flooring, Curtains and bedding are included also. Rooms are cleaned and bedding are washed weekly for a small fee (on top of rent).

Would suit professional single people in temporary employment who are on short term contracts
Liverpool,
Birkenhead and Chester are all easily accessible as we are situated in New Brighton, 5 minutes from the train station, promenade and a public transport route.

Our house is a large victorian detached house with matured gardens which you will have the use of, smoking will only be permitted outside.

All bills are included.

The only things we expect from our tenants is rent to be paid on time and respect for other peoples privacy.
