Location
The popular seaside resort of New Brighton forms part of the town of Wallasey which is situated on the Wirral. By Road New Brighton is located at Junction 1 of the M53 Motorway with the Pier House scheme itself accessed via approximately 5 minutes drive from this point on the A554. New Brighton can also be accessed by train via the Mersey Rail with a regular service along the Wirral Line from Liverpool Lime Street. The Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately 13 miles from the development and can also be accessed via train.
Pier House itself is situated on Tower Promenade which is the main road along the front of the Mersey Estuary overlooking Liverpool itself. There are various leisure attractions along this promenade including the historical Fort Perch Rock and the modern Floral Pavillion Theatre. Further along the promenade is the new Marine Point leisure and retail development which consists of occupiers including Morrisons Supermarket, Home Bargains, Starbucks, Prezzo, Casino, Wetherspoons and Travelodge.
