Two Large Rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom + Tv/Lounge

Two very attractive, nicely decorated rooms in a comfortable, quiet, non-smoking house by the sea. (The rent quoted is for each room.)

ROOM ONE:
This double room is at the front of the house, has full natural light and a lovely open view over grass and trees. It is furnished with a bed, side-table, large mirror, chest of drawers, fitted clothes hanging space, a desk/chair and an armchair with side table. There is also plenty shelf storage. It is lockable, fitted with a blackout blind, and tv cable.

ROOM TWO:
This twin room (for single occupancy) is the largest in the house and is situated at the back so tends to be particularly quiet and peaceful. It is fitted with twin beds (could be put together to make a Queen size), side-tables, chest of drawers, desk/chair, large mirror, large combination wardrobe and an easy-chair. There is also ample shelf storage. Also lockable and has a blackout blind and tv cable.

The dining kitchen, to be shared with one other person, is newly fitted and fully equipped (inc. washing machine & dishwasher). The bathroom, also to be shared with one other person, is newly refurbished with bath and shower. There is a small sitting/tv area, to be shared with just one other housemate.

The house is fitted with interlinked smoke/heat detectors and has a current gas safety certificate.

The promenade and beach are at the end of the street, with all of the amenities: cinema, theatre, restaurants supermarket etc. just a few minutes walk away. The train-station (25 mins to Liverpool city centre) is less than 10 minutes on foot, and the bus stop is even closer. There is a small (free) car park directly opposite the house, as well as unrestricted on-street parking.

A little about myself; I'm a teacher of English as a second/foreign language; I'm easy going and open minded. I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and like the usual sort of things: cinema, reading, socialising etc. I'm looking for friendly, and considerate, professional people, who work regular hours, to live with. Would be ideal for people working in the area on short contracts.

Short lets will be considered, though the rent may have to be re-assessed, depending on the length of stay. Female house mates preferred. Any questions, just ask.
