This is a comfortable, secure, pleasant, houseshare and is ideally placed for access to local amenities and is close to the bus route to the surrounding area and is a 10min walk to the train station.

The house is very close to the M6, M62 and East Lancs Road, making it very easy to commute to all areas in the North West if you are driving.
