Newly decorated large double room - Prenton.

We are a friendly, hardworking couple who have a large townhouse, no children and no pets. Our house is situated 2 minutes walk from major bus routes to Birkenhead, Liverpool and Chester. Parking is also available. We are walking distance to Prenton shops and Oxton village.

We like too cook, watch TV, go the gym and travel. We are looking for a tenant who is respectful, honest, and hard working too. Whether that be studying or working. We would not want a tenant who wants to party throughout the week but would allow visitors within reason.

The room is newly decorated and has a double bed, large TV with free view built in, brown leather couch and bookcase. Bathroom is shared and living room however we won't be offended if you like your own space. Kitchen utilities shared too, smoking is allowed but outside the back door.

Broadband and wifi is available, washing machine and all equipment available to use. Bedding is provided and washed weekly. We would provide meals for an extra costs if required.

We would want to meet the tenant first for a chat.

Price of room is 400 per calendar month inclusive of bills.
