Double room available in 3 bedroom house in Prescot, within walking distance of Whiston hospital, cables retail park whiston and prescot train stations and whiston village.

I am offering a double size room and share of the house inclusive of bills. The house has all kitchen utilities including washing machine, cooker, microwave etc. bathroom with bath and shower, Broadband WiFi.

Garden to front and rear, Rear garden has a large decked sitting area, a patio area and fruit trees/bushes and flower/vegetable beds. Driveway and garage are used by myself but there is on street parking.

The other bed rooms in the house are occupied by myself and my daughter.

I am none smoker and have no pets. Mental health professional part time and Artist part time. We have a peaceful house we are friendly, clean and tidy :-)
