I have one good sized double room for rent. I would prefer people over 24 who are respectful of the house and the neighbours (they are very nice).
The room could possibly be available earlier.
In the room double, there is a wardrobe, chest of draws and a double bed. New carpet has also just been put down.
The house is on a secluded road with very nice neighbours. It is only a 5 minute walk to the station which can get you to Liverpool or Chester. Buses also run at the end of the road. You can park outside the house on the road and it is a very short drive to Liverpool and Birkenhead, with Chester not being too far either.
Bills are included but with a fair usage attitude with the gas. The house has broadband.
So if you are looking to move soon, want somewhere quiet you can make a home and know how to look after things this might be the place for you.
