I am a health care professional (Registered Mental Nurse), Buddhist, Socialist and trade union activist. Much of my life is dedicated to my union, Political work and my spiritual life.

I have had tenants/lodgers in the past and I'd hope that I have learnt a thing or two from the experience.

I Live alone with a little cat who likes company and misses me when I have to be away. Considering the fact that I live in the house alone, I'd like to meet a potential tenant(s) before hand outside somewhere.

Most recently I have had a person staying on a short term basis whilst he did some work locally. It was nice to have someone around. I have had over the past year a few people who have stayed her on a short term basis. However, it would be particularly to have people who planned to stay longer.

Person(s) of mature disposition sort, (I have done all my loud partying and chaotic lifestyle) non-smokers, ideally Somebody I can have a conversation with, but also someone who could be responsible, (as I am often away from the house)and an animal lover. A couple would be welcome, however we would discuss further the price in this respect.

Double (lockable) room available, in St. Helens Town centre area. With in traveling distance to both Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan (train, Warrington, Ormskirk and Halton. There is fingerpost shopping centre 2 minutes walk away and I am ten minutes from St. Helens town center and St. Helens central railway station and bus terminus.

No off road parking available, However there's plenty of Parking space in site of the property, as area in front of property and seen house clearance and has been landscaped.

I am aware that given the fact that I'm including bills, what I am asking for the room is well below the going rate. However, it is more important to me that the people are right as after-all we are going to live in the same house.
To this ends I would like to meet any interested party's to find out about each-other and have a conversation before around how things might work out might be to our mutual benefit. The price can be flexible for the right people and circumstances dependent, I am a Buddhist and Socialist after-all, who believes that another world is possible.
