Tenants must be non smokers and be able to prove employment and income details. ID and credit checks will be made.

The house is situated in a good residential area on a road leading down to the River Mersey near Vale Park.

The rooms have double beds, an easy chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There is a large communal living room with LCD TV and a large fitted kitchen with dining table.

The house has unlimited wireless broadband.

It is a few minutes walk to the river promenade, Vale Park and the Pilot Boat and Magazine pubs.

There are bus services running past the top and bottom of the road serving New Brighton, Birkenhead, Liscard and other local destinations. The railway station is less than a mile away and the M53 about 5 minutes by car.

There is a small back garden and patio area reached by patio doors from the kitchen and a short driveway at the front for one car. New car parking will shortly be created but there is no shortage of parking on the road outside.

We are looking for full-time working people who DO NOT SMOKE and we can offer them a large and comfortable home run by a professional landlord.

If, after a viewing, you wish to rent a room there is a £50 application fee to cover referencing, drawing up documents and other admin. Other than that there is no deposit.
