RELAX at this Wirral home :)

Hi All,

I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed and cheerful person to rent on the Wirral from July onwards (but flexible). The house is fully furnished and will include Sky Broadband, Sky Movies/Sports/BTSport etc... There are two rooms available (both double sized and furnished).

If you want somewhere warm, comfortable and friendly then look no further! I have created a small study area which will be an ideal space for a bit of studying/reading or additional work away from work isolated within the house. The house consists of a large front room, dining room, kitchen, 3 double beds, bathroom and study area. A short 2 minute walk away is a fantastic stretch of promenade overlooking Liverpool for running/cycling or general walks. Commuting into Liverpool (even in rush hour) is a generally clear route which I make daily. (Car sharing for work would be considered too).

About me... I currently work in Architecture which keeps me busy throughout the most part of the week but in my time off I enjoy sports, live music, comedy, socialising and heading to the gym when I can. Around the house I'm tidy and attempt (with occasional success) DIY when needed. I hope that whoever rents would see me purely as a housemate!
