Comfortable double in 2 bedroom Victorian Terrace

I'm starting a new job and will be working away 3 nights in the week and so am looking for a lodger to live in my home Monday to Friday. Nice big double bedroom with wardrobes and chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Whole house has been redecorated within the last month and is nice and clean. One shared bathroom, living room and through lounge/dining room with beautiful 4ft tropical fish tank. All bills included, including the fastest broadband in Walton courtesy of Virgin Media. I'm very friendly and easy going but you'll have the place to yourself for the most part as I'll be away in the working week Monday-Thursday. Mid twenties female preferred, pets welcome. The house is within 6 minutes walk from both Rice Lane train station and Walton train station, getting you into Liverpool city centre in 12 minutes on the train. There is also a bus stop 1 minute walk away getting you into town in about 30 minutes. If you have any questions please feel free to ring txt or message me.
