Room in large terraced house in Waterloo

I bought this house and moved into the area a few years ago, and it’s a great place to live. The house is on a quiet terraced street but is only 5 minutes walk from Waterloo Mersey train station, which has trains every 15 minutes to Liverpool and Southport (it takes 15 minutes to get to Liverpool city centre). It’s also only five minutes’ walk to shops, bars and restaurants, and a couple of minutes further to Waterloo beach (with its Antony Gormley statues). There’s a lovely nature reserve about 10 minutes walk away, with a canal that I enjoy going for runs along. Crosby leisure centre isn’t too far either.
The house has recently been completely redecorated and a new central heating system installed, and has washing machine, nice big kitchen, wifi internet and a decent bathroom. The only thing it’s lacking is a TV, because I don’t really watch it, but you’d be welcome to bring your own (although you’d need to get a licence). It’s a lovely light house, with a nice back yard with a terrace, plants and a pond, and which is south-facing so even when it’s cold it gets the sun. Behind that is a railway line but the trains are electric so it’s quiet, and behind that is a school playing field. The house has two sitting rooms, and a small third bedroom, so there’s plenty of space.
I’m a freelance psychosocial worker, so I’m based at home some of the time (the fourth bedrooms is my office) and abroad for the rest of the time, so there are periods when you’d have the house to yourself. When I’m home I enjoy catching up with my friends and family, going for a drink, watching football or a film, doing a bit of yoga, and listening to music.
I’m looking to share my house with another professional woman, who is looking for somewhere to stay from Monday to Friday only. I’m tidy and clean, although not obsessive, and would like to share with someone similar. Somebody who is a bit sociable and relaxed would be good.
